Vinyasa

This practice is faster paced, and uses your breath to guide you between asanas (poses). It also includes sun salutations after the warm-up. 

Hatha

1 hour

This practice is about breathing steady while in each asana and understanding which part of the body is being focused on. Your breath can deepen your stretches while providing stability. 

Supportive

1 hour

This is a class that allows you to get comfortable with yoga, or if you need a little more support or guidance. Whether you want an easier introduction to yoga or due to limitations or injuries, this is a the practice for you.

Private

1 hour

This is a class that's one-on-one with me. We can do either Vinyasa or Hatha practices. We can also focus on specific asanas that may help with certain health issues, or explore more advanced poses as you work your way to them.
